摘要
目的采用原子吸收分光光度法测定洗肠液中钾含量,以此计算洗肠液中硫酸钾的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,于766.5 nm波长处测定钾的含量。结果线性回归方程为Y=0.233 X+0.033 1,r=0.992 5;钾离子质量浓度在0.5~2.0μg/m L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好;氯化铯用量为0.126%时,能有效抑制和消除电离干扰;平均回收率为100.41%,RSD=0.84%(n=9)。结论该法能有效、准确地测定洗肠液中钾含量。
Objective Potassium in SUPREP Bowel Prep Kit was determined by AAS for calculating the potassium sulfate content.Methods The content of potassium in the 766. 5 nm wavelength was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The equation of linear regression was Y = 0. 233 X + 0. 033 1, r = 0. 992 5. The concentration of potassium,in 0. 5 ~ 2. 0 μg / m L had a good linear relationship with the absorbance. The using level of Cs Cl was 0. 126% could effectively suppress and eliminated ionization interference. The average recovery rate was 100. 41%, RSD = 0. 84%( n = 9). Conclusion The method can effectively and accurately determine the content of potassium in SUPREP Bowel Prep Kit.
