摘要
目的探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗中发挥的作用,为开展临床药学服务提供参考。方法对1例糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)合并甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢)患者,在血糖控制、补液及纠正电解质紊乱、甲亢控制、药品不良反应监测等方面开展药学监护。结果临床药师从药品出发,以患者为中心,与医师协作,为患者提供更安全、有效的药物治疗方案。结论临床药师直接面对患者,了解患者病情与需求,参与药物治疗,能为患者提供直接、全面的药学服务。
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the clinical medication, and to provide the reference for clinical pharmacy services. Methods 1 patient with diabetics ketoacidosis complicating with hyperthyroidism was given pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists,including blood glucose control,rehydration and correct electrolyte disorder,hyperthyroidism control,adverse drug reaction monitoring, etc. Results The clinical pharmacists collaborated with physicians to provide patients with safer and more effective medicine treatment plan. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists face the patients directly, thus they can understand the patients’ illness and demand. Their participating in the drug treatment can provide patients more direct and comprehensive pharmacy services.
