盐酸米多君联合盆底肌电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁37例 被引量:4

Midodrine Hydrochloride Combined with Pelvic Floor Electrical Stimulation for Treating Stress Urinary Incontinence in 37 Cases

摘要 目的观察盐酸米多君联合盆底肌电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将收治的压力性尿失禁患者74例随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组采用生物反馈+电刺激治疗,观察组在此基础上加用盐酸米多君,治疗4周。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后最大尿道外压及最大尿道闭合压均增加(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后肛提肌力电值均提高,且观察组提高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16.22%,对照组为13.51%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用盐酸米多君联合盆底肌电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁,能显著提高临床疗效,提高膀胱的储尿能力及控尿能力,安全性有保障。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of midodrine hydrochloride combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation treatment in treating stress urinary incontinence. Methods 74 cases of patients with stress urinary incontinence from January 2014 and April 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,37 cases in each group. The control group received biofeedback plus electrical stimulation therapy,and on this basis the observation group received midodrine hydrochloride. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 59%,which was significantly higher than 75. 68% of control group( P 〈 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the maximum urethral pressure and maximal urethral closure pressure after treatment increased in both groups,and the observation group increased more than the control group( P 〈 0. 05).Compared with before treatment,the anal muscle electricity value after treatment increased in both groups, and the increase in the observation group was more than the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was16. 22%,which had no significant difference with 13. 51% in the control group( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Midodrine hydrochloride combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the urine storage ability of the bladder and urinary continence ability,as well as guarantying safety.
