氢醌乳膏联合护理干预治疗黄褐斑40例

Hydroquinone Cream Combined with Nursing Intervention for Treating Chloasma in 40 Cases

目的探讨氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及护理体会。方法将给予氢醌乳膏治疗的80例黄褐斑患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),各40例。比较两组的临床疗效、护理后生活质量、护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗的显效率明显增高(75.00%比47.50%,P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量各维度得分及总分均明显增高(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显提升(97.50%比80.00%,P<0.05)。结论氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑期间,护理干预能明显提高临床疗效,提升患者的生活质量及满意度。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of hydroquinone cream in the treatment of chloasma and nursing experience.Methods 80 cases of patients with chloasma treated by hydroquinone cream were divided into the control group（ routine nursing） and the observation group（ nursing intervention） according to the random number method, 40 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, life quality on post- nursing, and satisfaction degree for nursing service in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the excellent rate of treatment was significantly increased in the observation group（ 75. 00% vs 47. 50%）（ P 〈 0. 05）; the each dimension and total scores of life quality on post- nursing were obviously increased in the observation group（ 97. 50% vs 80. 00%）（ P 〈 00. 05）; the patients’ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion During the treatment of hydroquinone cream for chloasma, the nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy of treatment and improve the life quality and patients’ satisfaction degree for nursing service.
