穴位埋线治疗消化性溃疡44例临床观察

Clinical observation on the 44 cases of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for peptic ulcer

[目的]探讨中医穴位埋线法对消化性溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]收集本院2013年6月—2015年1月的44例消化性溃疡住院患者,随机分为对照组及埋线组。对照组采用常规口服药物治疗,埋线组在对照组治疗基础上加用穴位埋线治疗,将治疗前后两组的主要症状单项积分、总积分,两组治疗后的临床症状治愈率、总有效率,电子胃镜检查溃疡愈合情况进行统计和比较。[结果]经研究发现,两组均有较好的治疗效果,埋线组治疗后的主要症状单项积分、总积分及临床症状治愈率、总有效率,电子胃镜检查溃疡愈合情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]通过穴位埋线法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果较好,值得临床推广。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） acupoint catgut embedding on peptic ul- cer. [Methods] We collected in our hospital in June 2013 and 2015 January of 44 cases of peptic ulcer patients randomly assigned to control group and catgut embedding group. Control group was treated with conventional oral drug therapy, and catgut embedding group in the control group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy, before and after treatment in two groups of mainly single symptom score, total score and the clinical symptoms after treatment in the two groups cure rate and total effective rate, electronic gastroscopy ulcer healing were statistically compared. [Results] In the study, there were a better therapeutic effect of the catgut embedding group mainly single symptom score, total score and clinical symptoms of the cure rate, the total efficiency, electronic gastroscopy ulcer healing was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treating peptic ulcer is better, and is worthy of promotion.
