摘要
离退休教职工档案信息化是适应社会信息化发展的必然产物,是档案事业适应时代和社会发展的必然选择。本文论述了高校离退休教职工档案信息化建设的必要性、存在的问题,探讨了高校离退休教职工档案信息化建设的对策与措施。
The archives informatization of retired staffs is the inevitable product to adapt to the development of social informatization, archival undertaking is inevitable choice to adapt to the times and social development. This paper discusses the necessity of retired teachers in colleges and universities archives informatization construction, the existed problems and discussion on the countermeasures and measures of retired teachers in colleges and universities archives informatization construction.
