摘要
为了探讨OA办公系统在政府机关的应用实效,笔者在本文中对OA系统软件基本结构原理、OA办公系统模块的功能、OA办公系统的实际应用进行了介绍和总结。通过工作实践,为了使该系统操作细节设计的更简洁、方便、合理,笔者对OA办公系统在应用过程中存在的问题提出了几点改进建议。实现办公自动化不但是技术上的创新,更重要的是管理方式和制度上的变革、是提高政府机关工作效率,最终实现"无纸"化办公。
In order to research the application of OA office system for the government agencies efficiency, the author in this article basic structure principle of OA system software, OA office system module function and practical application of OA office system are introduced and summarized. Through the practice, in order to make the system detail design more concise and convenient operation, reasonable, the author in the process of application in OA office system existed problems to put forward several improvement suggestions. Implementation of office automation is not only technical innovation,more importantly, but also the management style and institutional change is proposed and the work is to improve the government efficiency, finally realizes 'the paperless office.'
