摘要
本设计是以STC89C51单片机为核心,实现对电池送料包装系统的控制。通过传感器来检测系统的工作情况,并将信号发送给单片机,并由单片机处理,经过光电隔离和功率放大后,分别控制电磁阀来使气泵吸附包装薄膜和四个步进电机的转动来带动相应机构完成电池的送料,包装,传送等过程。要求完成每分钟工作90次以上,每次送出2节电池。通过对系统的调试,验证了控制系统的可行性。
This paper designed a material-feeding control system of the battery outer packing equipment with the sin-gle-chip microcomputer. Passing the examination be equipped work circumstance that examine the system,and send out the signal to the single-chip microcomputer .It has to need three process such as:handle ,insulate,enlarge the power so that could control the Electromagnetism valve to make the Spirit pump Adsorb the Plastics film and control four stepping motor torevolve,arouse the organization to complete the battery packing,material-feeding. The request complete to work 90 times every minute above,send out each time sectionbattery. Verified the possibility of the control system by Adjust-ing to try.
