With the rapid development of information technology,cloud computing technology application in various fields with its powerful function,it has brought the new challenges and opportunities to the development of the library,a shift from the traditional library information service cloud library service,innovation and development for library construction provides a good technical environment. This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of cloud computing,the library information resource sharing mode in cloud environment reconstruction and organization implementation issues are studied,this paper expounds the library services in the cloud platform,discusses the innovation of the library under the cloud computing service measures.
