疾病预防控制档案分类研究与实践综述

Review of the Research & Practice on the Classification Archives of Disease Prevention and Control

文章从理论、政策法规和实践三个层面对疾病预防控制档案分类情况进行了梳理与归纳,得出了疾病预防控制档案尚无全国统一的分类标准,"上细下粗",会计、声像、人事、照片、荣誉、实物等档案单独设类已成共识,主要区别在文书、科技档案、疾病预防控制业务档案是否单独涉类和类属划分上的结论。建议尊重已有分类,不必强求统一;加大对分类科学性与合理性的研究;向基层推荐科学、合理、简捷、有效的分类方案。

This article comes from the theory, policies and regulations and practices of the three layers of disease prevention and control of archives classification and induction, the disease prevention and control archives are not a unified classification standards, 'above the fine & bottom coarse', accounting, audio-visual, personnel, photos, honor, physical and other documents have become a consensus, the main difference in the instrument, science and technology archives,disease prevention and control business archives are separated and class is divided on the conclusion. It is suggested that the respect for existing classification, not to be unified; to increase the classification of scientific and rational research; to the grassroots recommended scientific, reasonable, simple and effective classification scheme.
