资源型区域经济与生态耦合发展分析研究

Analytical Study on the Coupling Development of Resource Based Regional Economy and Ecology

山西作为资源型大省,多年来在经济发展的过程中对资源的依赖性极强,而发展中生态环境的治理和修复压力却急剧增大。大规模的煤炭开采导致全省大部分地区大气污染、水污染日趋严重,整体生态环境遭到破坏。如今,在实现城市的可持续发展过程中,生态环境问题的解决成为首要,如何进行生态环境治理,构建一个资源发展与生态系统耦合度高的经济可持续发展策略则需要政府各级部门方方面面的通力合作和长期不懈的努力。本文通过对山西省多年经济与生态发展耦合度的相关数据分析,为资源性区域经济的科学发展提供了有效的研究参考。

Shanxi,as a large province of resources,for many years in the process of economic development of the strong dependence on resources,and the development of the ecological environment of governance and repair pressure has increased dramatically.Large scale coal mining led to most of the province's air pollution,water pollution is becoming increasingly serious,the overall ecological environment has been destroyed.Now,in the process of implementation of sustainable development of the city,to solve the ecological environment problem has become the most important,how to build an ecological environment,resource development and ecological system coupling of the economic sustainable development strategy needs the government departments at all levels in all aspects of the force through cooperation and unremitting efforts.Based on the analysis of the correlation between the economic and ecological development in Shanxi province for many years,this paper provides an effective reference for the scientific development of the regional economy.
