摘要
本文探讨企业应加强档案工作组织系统建设,建立职责明确的企业档案工作体系,注重对企业分管领导和档案人员的考核,为企业档案人员实行职业生涯规划,使档案人员在工作中发挥主动性和创造性。
This paper describes enterprises should strengthen the construction of archives work organization system,establish the working system of enterprise archives of clear responsibilities,focus on the appraisal of enterprise leaders and archivists,carry occupation career planning for the enterprise archivists so that the archivists can perform initiative and creativity at work.
