面临越来越难的就业形势,高职学生却出现了就业形势相对好转的迹象,就业能力的提升是直接影响高职毕业生成功就业的一个重要因素。本论文对影响高职学生就业能力的求职清晰度、职业使命感、就业准备三个因素进行考察和分析,并在此基础上对高职学生就业能力进行开发,以提高高职学生的就业能力。

Although the employment situation is getting harder and harder,but the employment situation of vocational students is relatively improved.The improvement of employment ability is an important factor that directly affects the successful employment of higher vocational graduates.This paper examines and analyzes the three factors that affect the employability of higher vocational students.These three factors are job clarity,career sense and job preparation.And on this basis,to enhance and improve the employment capacity of vocational students.
