The university library is literature information center,it is the window of the service for teaching and scientific research as well as the base,which is an important part of university work.Office work in university library possesses the characteristics of variety,professional,comprehensive,service,based on the requirement of office personnel's quality in university library,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current university library office personnel quality,puts forward the main ways to improve effectively the personnel quality of library office.
