摘要 本文以高端引领、协调发展、人尽其才的指导思想,着力抓好师资队伍建设,创新人才培养模式,积极营造有利于技术、技能型人才培养的良好环境,提出以建设基于网络直播教学平台,实施"双师"课堂教学模式为抓手,实现优秀教学师资共享,解决专业师资紧缺,打造优秀教学团队,推进数字化教学资源建设。真正打破传统教学的籓篱,实现校际、班际优秀教学资源的共建共享,以科技推进教学的信息化水平,以信息化水平推进专业办学水平。高质量培养技术技能型人才,服务区域经济发展需求。 Based on the guiding ideology of high-end leadership, coordinated development, and people’s best ability, this paper focuses on the construction of teaching staff, innovating the training mode of talents, and actively creating a good environment conducive to the cultivation of technical and skilled talents. It is proposed to build a network-based live teaching platform, implement the 'double-teacher' classroom teaching mode as a grasp, realize the sharing of excellent teaching teachers, and solve the problem of specialty. Teachers are in short supply, so as to build an excellent teaching team and promote the construction of digital teaching resources. Really break the barriers of traditional teaching, realize the co-construction and sharing of excellent teaching resources between schools and classes, promote the informationization level of teaching by science and technology, and promote the level of professional education by informationization level. High-quality training of technical and skilled personnel to serve the needs of regional economic development.
