The project'Nuclear Weapon Persons Archives'relies on the internal network construction of the unit,and builds the personnel and team of the nuclear weapon research and development unit,China Academy of Engineering Physics,which has been awarded relevant awards since its establishment.It provides a platform for the staff of the Institute to learn from the advanced and outstanding persons.Focusing on the construction of this column,this paper ponders on how to'excavate the value of archives to help the cultural inheritance'.
