中国特色社会主义新时代林业经济发展要健全组织体系,完善运行机制,重点工作是推进国土绿化,夯实生态发展基础,坚持保护优先,筑牢生态安全屏障,加快产业发展,促进绿色惠民,坚持深化改革,创新林业发展机制。要优化发展环境,加大财政支持力度,提高公益林补偿标准,加快林区基础设施建设,提高金融支持力度,推进政策性森林保险,积极申报林业产业投资基金项目。

In the new age of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the development of forestry should improve its organization system and operation mechanism.The key tasks are to promote the greening of land,strengthen the foundation of ecological development,uphold the priority of protection,strengthen ecological security barriers,accelerate industrial development,promote green and beneficial people,and deepen reform.Innovative forestry development mechanism.We need to improve the environment for development,increase financial support,raise the standard of compensation for public welfare forests,speed up infrastructure construction in forest areas,increase financial support,promote policy-oriented forest insurance,and actively declare projects of forestry industry investment funds.
