Under the structural reform on the supply side,China is in a new era of economic normality and socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is important to have a general idea and major goals for the concrete realization of the separate forms of land ownership,contracting and operating rights in rural areas.The main measures are to implement the collective ownership of rural land,strictly protect the right of rural households to contract,and speed up the release of the right to land management.
