“互联网+”新形势下高校双创教育师资价值实现途径研究

The Realization of Teachers’ Value in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Higher Education under the New Situation of "Internet+"

社会需要创新,高校是培养创新创业人才的重要来源。互联网发展迅猛,互联网+为创新创业提供了更多资源,'互联网+'新形势下高校双创教育具有现实意义。一支高水平的双创教师队伍是双创教育的保障,必须充分发挥双创教育教师的积极性,对双创教师价值进行科学衡量,促进双创教育教师价值的实现。论文构建了四位一体双创教育教师价值模型,从多方面分析了双创教育教师价值实现存在的问题,并提出了价值实现解决策略,促进高校双创教育的发展。

The society needs innovation.Colleges and Universities are an important source of training innovative and entrepreneurial assets.With the rapid development of Internet,Internet+provides more resources for innovation and entrepreneurship.So innovative and entrepreneurial education has become more and more important for higher education.A high-level teamis the guarantee.We must give full play to the enthusiasm ofthe innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,measure their value scientifically and promote the realization.This paper constructs a four-in-onemodel about the innovation and entrepreneurship teachers’value,analyses the problems,and puts forward solutions to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship higher education.
