基于决策需求的档案知识服务实现流程研究

Research on Implementation Process of Archives Knowledge Service Based on Decision-making Needs

开展提供智力支持基于决策需求的档案知识服务,有助于将我国档案部门发展成为政府的智囊机构。首先,本文总结我国基于决策需求的档案知识服务相关研究进展,接着分析得出现阶段我国开展基于决策需求的档案知识服务的社会价值;其次,进一步分析基于决策需求的档案知识服务的主客体利用需求;最后,在需求分析基础上提出基于我国决策需求的档案知识服务的实现流程,以期推进我国档案知识服务的实际建设与发展。

Carrying out archival knowledge services that provide intellectual support based on decision-making needs will help develop our archives department into a government think tank.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research progress of archive knowledge service based on decision-making needs in China,and then analyzes the social value of archive knowledge service based on decision-making demand in China.Secondly,it further analyzes the use of subject and object of archive knowledge service based on decision-making demand.Finally,on the basis of demand analysis,the realization process of archive knowledge service based on China’s decision-making needs is put forward,in order to promote the actual construction and development of archives knowledge service in China.
