基于工程测量技术、汽车检测与维修技术、建筑装饰工程技术、机电设备维修与管理、市场营销等五个国际级现代学徒制试点专业,在合作企业遴选、'双导师'培养、'双主体'育人模式、校企资源共建共享等方面取得了实质性突破,构建了完整系统的'12355'现代学徒制合作培养体系,对深化产教融合、校企合作,推进校企协同育人,切实提升职业教育人才培养质量、切实提升企业发展质量,促进校企良性互动方面具有重要的意义和作用。

Based on the five national experimental specialties,such as:engineering measurement technology,Automobile inspection and maintenance technology,building decoration engineering,mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management,marketing.The research made substantial breakthrough in the selectionof cooperative enterprise,the training of'double mentor',the education mode of'double subject',the joint construction and sharing of school-enterprise resources,and established a complete system of'12355'cooperative training system.It has important significance and roleto deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,to promote school-enterprise cooperation in educating,to improve the quality of talent cultivation and the quality of enterprise development,to promote the positive interaction between schools and enterprise.
