本文从速录员职业角度出发,结合实际的训练经验总结,分析了听打训练中存在的常见问题,提出了正确的速录听打训练方案,从而大幅度提高听打速度,在工作中高效实现听打文字录入。

This paper describes the shorthand training method.Combining with the summary of practical training experience,this paper analyses the common problems existing in the training of dictation,and puts forward the correct training scheme of stenographers,so as to greatly improve the speed of dictation and to efficiently realize the input of dictation and text in the work.
