对新时代干部人事档案数字化工作的思考

Thoughts on the Digitization of Cadres’ Personnel Archives in the New Era

干部人事档案数字化工作是建立干部人事档案数字资源库,实现干部人事档案管理现代化、信息化的基础性工作,是适应新时代国家人事制度改革,扩大干部人事档案利用范围、提高利用效率的关键一步。干部人事档案数字化工作基于实体档案,其数字化过程是对实体档案整理工作的再度复核,确保档案资料信息分类准确、关联有序,其成果不仅是形成数字档案本身,更重要是基于此形成的干部档案数据,可以快速准确的提供干部结构状况查询、基本情况查询、统计分析以及提供有关干部材料等数据,实现干部管理工作的时效性,准确性和保密性,进一步提高干部管理工作效率,为从严管理干部提供服务保障。本文结合开展干部人事档案数字化工作实践,浅议干部人事档案数字化工作助力干部管理工作的理解和认识。

The digitization of cadre and personnel archives is the basic work to establish the digital resource bank of cadre and personnel archives,realize the modernization and informatization of cadre and personnel archives management,and is the key step to adapt to the reform of national personnel system in the new era,expand the scope of utilization of cadre and personnel archives and improve the efficiency of utilization.The digitization of cadre personnel archives is based on entity archives.Its digitization process is to re-check the collation of entity archives,to ensure that the classification of archives information is accurate and orderly.Its results are not only the formation of digital archives itself,but also the formation of cadre archives data based on it,which can be provided quickly and accurately.In order to achieve timeliness,accuracy and confidentiality of cadre management,further improve the efficiency of cadre management and provide service guarantee for strict management of cadres,the cadres’structure,basic information,statistical analysis and data related to cadre materials can be queried.Based on the practice of digitalization of cadres’personnel files,this paper discusses the understanding and understanding of digitalization of cadres’personnel files to help cadres’management.
