展品征集是档案展览的基础性工作,在一定程度上决定着档案展览能否办得成功和精彩。为了征集到高质量的展品,国家综合档案馆可以通过联合办展、精准征集、依靠民间、远赴重洋等途径开展征集工作。在此过程中,档案馆应坚持'三面向'原则,即坚持面向社会、面向重点单位、面向有关文化单位;此外,还应坚持档案、资料、实物'三位一体'以及局馆协同、'双管齐下'的工作思路。

The collection of exhibits is the basic work of archives exhibition,which determines whether archives exhibition can be successful and wonderful to some extent.In order to collect high-quality exhibits,the archives can conduct collection by means of joint exhibition,precise collection,relying on the people and traveling to the vast ocean.In this process,archives should adhere to the principle of 'three aspects',that is,to the society,key units and relevant cultural units.In addition,it should also adhere to the 'trinity' of archives,materials and objects,as well as the coordination of the bureau and museum and the 'two-pronged approach'.
