校企合作应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 在高校向应用型转变的背景下,不少应用型本科院校均探索、实践了不同形式的校企合作模式,取得了一些成效。山西大学商务学院积极创新应用型人才培养的有效形式,探索实施了适合我院应用型人才培养的校企合作'3+1'人才培养模式、校企共建实验室、联合培养双师双能型教师、成立大数据特色班、科研项目合作等有效途径,学院应用型人才培养质量稳步提升,教师执教能力得到明显提高,实践教学条件得到有效改善,毕业生就业质量和层次得到了显著提高。 Under the background of the transition from universities to applications,many applied-type undergraduate colleges have explored and practiced different forms of school-enterprise cooperation model,and have achieved some results.The school of information actively innovated the effective form of the training of applied talents,explored and implemented the'3+1'training model for school-enterprise cooperation,the school-enterprise co-construction laboratory,and the joint training of dual-professional and dual-ability teachers suitable for the application-oriented personnel training in our college,Set up big data features classes,scientific research project cooperation and other effective ways,the quality of applied talents in the college has been steadily improved,the ability of teachers to teach has been significantly improved,the practical teaching conditions have been effectively improved,and the quality and level of graduate employment have been significantly improved.
