Research on the Management of Home Provident Fund’s Behaviors of Breaking Promises under the New Normal Economy

经济新常态下为进一步加强住房公积金行业失信惩戒机制建设,督促、警示相关责任主体依法依规诚实守信,及时、有效惩戒失信主体,要加强住房公积金失信行为管理研究。住房公积金失信行为主要分为严重失信和重点关注两类,信用认定采用申报审定的方式,管理上主要是动态管理和信息解除。

Under the new normal economy,in order to further strengthen the construction of the punishment mechanism for behaviors of breaking promises in the housing provident fund industry,we should urge and warn the relevant responsible subjects to abide by the rules,be honest and trustworthy,punish the dishonest subjects in a timely and effective manner,and strengthen the research on the management of behaviors of breaking promises in the housing provident fund industry.The behaviors of breaking promises of housing provident fund can be divided into two categories:serious behaviors of breaking promises and key concern.Credit identification adopts the way of declaration and approval,and management is mainly dynamic management and information relief.
