摘要
大数据时代,图书馆的海量数据亟需先进的技术来统筹管理,传统的管理理念和服务模式有待变革和创新。由储存海量知识的智慧图书馆转变为以读者需求为本,提供智能化服务的智能图书馆,人工智能技术给图书馆带来了崭新的管理理念和新颖的服务模式。本文从管理层面和读者层面分析了当前创建智能图书馆的需求,探讨了应用人工智能技术的创新的服务模式,包括智能人馆、智能借阅、智能搜索、智能咨询等;展望了人工智能技术应用到图书馆带来的高效管理方法和智能服务体系。
In the era of big data,the massive data of libraries need advanced technology to manage overall,and the traditional management concepts and service models need to be changed and innovated.From a smart library that stores vast amounts of knowledge to a smart library that provides readers’needs and provides intelligent services,artificial intelligence technology brings a new management concept and a novel service model to the library.This paper analyzes the current needs of creating intelligent libraries from the management level and the reader level,and explores innovative service models using artificial intelligence technology,including intelligent admission,intelligent lending,intelligent search,intelligent consultationetc.Efficient management methods and intelligent service systems are brought to the library.
