摘要
教师教学业绩考核标准的制定和实施,不仅仅牵涉到每名教师的切身利益,而且还关系到教育改革的导向问题。公平、公正、客观、透明的教学业绩考核标准可以促成一个强者恒强,弱者被淘汰,人人有危机意识的良好竞争环境,而受人为因素干扰较大并且不透明的教学业绩考核标准不仅评价结果难以服众,而且会导致教师无法专心提高自身专业素养和教学水平,在人际关系处理上浪费大量精力,甚至导致逆向淘汰现象出现。本文就这一问题进行探讨,希望能引起相关部门的重视,使最终实施的考核标准能经得起时间和实践的检验,受到广大教师的拥护和欢迎。
Absrtact:The formulation and implementation of the criteria for assessing teachers’teaching performance is not only related to the vital interests of each teacher,but also to the orientation of educational reform.Fair,impartial,objective and transparent criteria for assessing teaching performance can promote a good competitive environment in which the strong are always strong,the weak are eliminated and everyone has a sense of crisis.However,the criteria for assessing teaching performance,which are disturbed by human factors and opaque,are not only difficult to satisfy the public,but also cause teachers to be unable to concentrate on it.High professional accomplishment and teaching level waste a lot of energy in interpersonal relationship processing,and even lead to the phenomenon of reverse elimination.This paper discusses this issue,hoping to attract the attention of relevant departments,so that the final implementation of the assessment standards can withstand the test of time and practice,and be supported and welcomed by the majority of teachers.
