图书馆权利是图书馆维护读者利用图书馆获取所需知识和信息的自由权利的行业责任。图书馆权利其实是图书馆责任。"图书馆权利"是一约定称谓,指的是"图书馆发布的权利事项"。"图书馆责任"与"图书馆社会责任"是两个不同的概念,前者为分内责任,后者为分外责任。图书馆权利包括道德权利和法定权利两类内容。

Library rights are the industrial responsibilities that libraries safeguard freedom rights for readers to use libraries to acquire knowledge and information they need. In fact, library rights are library responsibilities. The ＂Library rights＂ is a kind of convention appellation, which means libraries release rights items. ＂Library responsibilities＂ and ＂Library social responsibilities＂ are two different concepts, because the former reffers to a matter within their duties and the latter outside. Library rights include moral rights and legal rights.
