为了实现图书馆信息资源共享,最大化地利用图书馆信息资源,澳大利亚国家图书馆牵头开发了"图书馆澳大利亚"(Libraries Australia)计划,以促进澳大利亚各图书馆合作共享。其运营机构包括"图书馆澳大利亚"计划专家咨询组、咨询委员会、管理委员会、成员图书馆等,其运行模式包括编目、检索服务、文献传递子系统等。我国图书馆资源共享应从扩大图书馆共享规模、延伸资源共享范围、建立强有力的共享协调机构等方面入手。

In order to realize the library information resources sharing, and to maximize the use of library information resources, the Australian National Library led the development of the ＂Libraries Australia＂ program to promote the Australian library to share. Its operating mechanism including the ＂Libraries Australia＂ program expert advisory group, the advisory committee, the management committee, the members of the library, and so on, its operating mode, including cataloging, retrieval services, document delivery subsystem, and so on. Library resource sharing in China should be based on the expansion of the scale of the library, the sharing of resources, and the establishment of a powerful sharing and coordination mechanism.
