摘要
美国博物馆与图书馆服务协会(IMLS)的阅读推广、早期教育、创客空间项目体现了其服务的儿童优先视角。儿童优先视角下的IMLS服务呈现能力本位、注重实作、多方合作、推动社会公平等特点,关于IMLS阅读推广、早期教育、创客空间项目的实证研究对国内图书馆有着积极的指导及借鉴意义。我国图书馆应创新发展,为儿童提供社会性学习环境;注重实践,形成儿童美好学习体验过程;多方合作,构建儿童教育社会服务网络;教育均衡,体现图书馆服务的公平公正。
Institute of Museum and Library Service(IMLS)'s projects of reading promotion, early learning and makerspace reflect its children first service principle, IMLS's children first service have many characters, including focus on children's true capability, emphasis on practice, cooperation and promoting social justice. Study on those projects will give much inspiration for domestic libraries. Domestic libraries should develop through creativity, provide youth with social learning environment,focus on practice to provide youth with amazing learning experience, build youth social service network through multiply cooperation, and promote education balance to enhance libraries' service justice.
