知识型新移民文化融合的内容与路径

Content and path to cultural integration of knowledgeable new migrants

基于质化研究范式,提出了知识型新移民文化融合须经历的三个阶段:文化冲突、文化适应、文化交融。从知识型新移民对文化融合的需求、个人资本与适应能力、对不同领域持有的融合态度及本土居民对其的开放程度和给予的帮助等方面,对影响知识型新移民文化融合的因素进行了分析。从知识型新移民和本土居民关系的角度,分析了促进知识型新移民文化融合的路径。

Based on qualitative research, it proposes that cultural integration of knowledge - type new immigrants ex- periences three stages： culture shock, cultural adaptation, and cultural blend. It analyzes the impact factors of cultural integra- tion such as the cultural integration needs, personal capital and adaptation ability, and different attitudes of knowledge new im- migrants, and the opening degree and help of local residents, etc. Finally, it puts forward some ways to promote the process of cultural integration of knowledge - type new immigrants with the joint efforts of knowledge - type new immigrants and local resi- dents.
