摘要
对中学化学教师学科能力提升培训课程体系的设计思路和构成要素进行了探讨并付诸实践。实践结果表明,由通识教育、学科教育、学科前沿和校本选修等课程所构成的理论培训模块及由破冰之旅、世界咖啡、同课异构及文化考察所组成的实践拓展模块,能满足化学教师学科能力培训的基本要求,所研制的培训课程体系具有较好的系统性、实用性和前瞻性。
The design idea and constituent element of courses to promote the discipline skills of high school chemistry teachers are interpreted on detail and put into practice. It can meet the basic requirements of the training courses with the theoretical training module which consists of popular education, chemical education, chemical frontier, and school-based courses combined with the practice expansion module which is made up of the ice-breaking tour, the world's coffee, the cultural visits and the same course in a variety of ways. The developed training system has a good systematicness, practicability and foresight.
