摘要
教学技能是教师在教育实践中练就的一种熟练的灵活多变的实际操作本领,是师范生未来职业生涯中最基本的职业技能和核心素质。在简要分析了模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评判2种系统评价方法特点的基础上,针对教学技能大赛评比指标的模糊性,利用科学的定量方法来刻画教学技能大赛评比中的定性问题,使定性分析与定量分析得到更好的融合,提出了师范生教学技能的二级模糊综合评判模型。该模型兼具2种方法的优点,能帮助决策者做出更为科学、合理、公正公平的决策,而且简便易行。
The flexible teaching skill is the most important ability of teachers,which is the most basic vocational skills and the core quality of normal students in their future career. This paper highlights the strengths of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on normal students' teaching skills. Aiming at the fuzziness property of teaching skill competition evaluation indicator,a two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of teaching skill is presented based on fuzzy methods. It can make a good combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis. This model is easy to be implemented and can also help decision-maker to get a more scientific,reasonable and fair decision.
