机械工程专业全日制专业学位研究生培养方案的构建和培养模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 作为应用型人才培养的全日制机械工程专业学位研究生,除了具有扎实的理论基础以外,还需要满足机械行业的实际工作需求,这就要求其培养模式应有创新特色,以便提高人才培养质量和符合行业的需求。但现有的培养模式和学术型研究生的培养方式上没有明显的界定,很难达到专业学位研究生期望的效果。为使机械工程专业全日制硕士专业学位研究生的培养质量得到进一步提高,从机械工程专业全日制专业学位研究生培养存在的问题、创新型机械工程专业全日制专业学位研究生培养方案的构建、机械工程专业全日制专业学位研究生模式的探索与建立等方面进行了探讨。 As full-time master professional degree postgraduate for the cultivation of application-oriented talent,they must meet the needs of machinery industry. This requires that its training programs should be creative to improve the quality of talent cultivation and meet the needs of industry. However,there are no significant differences between professional postgraduates and academic postgraduates in training mode,which makes it difficult to achieve the desired effects. The existing problems,construction of creative training programs,and construction and exploration of training mode are studied to improve the training quality of postgraduates of mechanical engineering full-time master professional degree.
