救护车内保持优良无菌环境的不同消杀方法对比

Comparison the different sterilization technology of keeping good aseptic environment in ambulance

目的探讨救护车内保持优良无菌环境的消杀技术。方法对江西省景德镇市第一人民医院16辆救护车消毒前后进行空气细菌培养,16辆救护车共分4组,每组均4辆,试验组为紫外线组、0.5%健之素消毒剂组、"84"消毒液组,空白对照组为清水加空气流通,比较各组物体表面和空气中细菌菌落计数,计算杀菌率,并对菌种进行鉴定。结果 "84"消毒液组物体表面和空气中菌落数少于空白对照组、紫外线组和0.5%健之素消毒剂组(P<0.01),杀菌率则高于空白对照组、紫外线组和0.5%健之素消毒剂组(P<0.01)。"84"消毒液组物体表面和空气中均未检测出革兰氏阴性细菌、革兰氏阳性细菌、病毒及支原体或衣原体。结论对救护车内使用"84"消毒液进行擦拭,能满足救护车内环境消毒标准的要求。

Objective To explore the sterilization technology of keeping good aseptic environment in ambulance.Methods 16 ambulances from the First People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen in Jiangxi Province,were conducted air bacteria culture before and after sterilization.Ambulances were divided into 4 groups,and each group was 4 ambulances.The experimental group was divided into ultraviolet group,0.5% Jianzhisu disinfectant group, ＂84＂ disinfectant group, and water added ventilation as control group.The bacterial colony counting of object surface and the air were compared.The sterilizing rate was understood and the bacteria identification was conducted. Results The bacterial colony counting of object surface and the air in ＂84＂ disinfectant group was less than blank control group,ultraviolet group and 0.5%Jianzhisu disinfectant group（P〈0.05）.The sterilizing rate in ＂84＂ disinfectant group was higher than blank control group,ultraviolet group and 0.5% Jianzhisu disinfectant group（P〈0.05）.There were no gram-negative bacteria,gram-positive bacteria,virus and mycoplasma or chlamydia detected in object surface and the air of ＂84＂ disinfectant group.Conclusion Using ＂84＂ disinfectant wipes the inside of ambulance can satisfy the internal environment disinfection standard and requirement of ambulance.
