昆明山海棠片联合康宁克通注射液局部封闭治疗结节性痒疹的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch Table in combination with Kenacort local block therapy for prurigo nodularis

目的观察昆明山海棠片联合康宁克通注射液局部封闭治疗结节性痒疹的临床效果。方法选择2010年10月-2014年9月皮肤科门诊确诊为结节性痒疹的患者84例,随机将其分为治疗组（42例）与对照组（42例）,两组均口服昆明山海棠片,用药4周。治疗组在此基础上加用康宁克通注射液局部封闭,1次/月,分别于治疗后第2、4周观察效果。结果治疗后第2、4周,治疗组的总有效率分别为47.62%、88.10%,对照组的总有效率分别为23.81%、52.38%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2=4.76、12.54,P〈0.05）;两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论昆明山海棠片联合康宁克通局部封闭治疗结节性痒疹,是一种效果好、副作用小的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch Table in combination with Kenacort local block therapy in treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods 84 patients from October 2010 to September2014 in clinic of Department of Dermatology diagnosed as nodular prurigo were choosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,forty-two patients in each group.The patients in both groups received Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch Tablets,both groups were 4 weeks.Besides patients in the treatment group were given Kenacort local block therapy,once a month for per time.The efficacy was compared after the treatment of two weeks and four weeks. Results After two weeks and four weeks,the total effective rates in treatment group were 47.62% and 88.10%,the total effective rates in control group were 23.81% and 52.38%,and there were significant differences（χ2=4.76,12.54,P〈0.05）.Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch Table in combination with Kenacort local block therapy has significant clinical efficacy on prurigo nodularis.
