安胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗不明原因复发性流产的临床效果

Clinical effect of Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone tablet in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with unknown cause

目的探讨安胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗不明原因复发性流产的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年5月-2015年5月收治的48例不明原因复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各24例。对照组给予安胎丸治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合地屈孕酮片治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果及不良反应情况,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及抑郁量表（HAMD）评估两组治疗后的心理状况。结果实验组的总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论安胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗不明原因复发性流产效果显著,能够很好地改善患者的临床症状及心理状况,提高治疗总有效率,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone tablet in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with unknown cause. Methods 48 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion with unknown cause from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to a random number table method,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Antai pill,the experimental group was treated with dydrogesterone tablet on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction in two groups was compared.The psychological status after treatment was evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone tablet in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with unknown cause is significant,which can greatly improve clinical symptoms and psychological status,and enhance the total therapeutic effective rate at advantages of few adverse reaction and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
