Objective To explore the effect of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate combined with dinitrosorbide treating stable angina cordis. Methods 115 patients with stable angina cordis received by department of cardiology in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as study group and they were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in two groups on admission were given the symptomatic treatment such as antiplatelet aggregation and lipid-lowering drug and so on,on this basis, control group(54 cases) was treated by dinitrosorbide, while observation group was given calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate on the basis of control group. The total treatment course was a month, after treatment, the curative effect, the effect of electrocardiogram, attack frequency of angina pectoris, attack interval and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively. Results Clinical total effective rate and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram was obviously improved compared with control group(P〈0.05).Attack frequency of angina pectoris in observation group was obviously reduced, attack interval was prolonged, and there was a statistical difference compared with control group(P〈0.05).There was a statistical difference of incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate combined with dinitrosorbide treating stable angina cordis is definite. It is worthy of clinical wide application.
