硫酸镁联用雾化吸入布地奈德、复方异丙托溴胺治疗危重型哮喘的临床疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究硫酸镁联用雾化吸入布地奈德、复方异丙托溴胺治疗危重型哮喘的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月-2015年1月我院收治的66例危重型哮喘患者为研究对象,将其分成两组,所有患者均给予雾化吸入布地奈德进行治疗,对照组患者联合复方异丙托溴胺,治疗组患者以此为基础,联合硫酸镁。30 d后,对比两组患者的临床效果和肺部功能改善情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.91%,对照组为69.70%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);通过1个疗程的治疗,所有患者的肺功能均得到不同程度的改善,治疗组的肺功能改善情况明显好于对照组(P〈0.05)。在整个治疗期间内,对照组患者有2例发生喉部刺激、1例咳嗽、1例声嘶,经针对性治疗后,患者的临床症状好转。治疗组在治疗期间内未发生不良反应。结论对于危重型哮喘患者,使用硫酸镁联用雾化吸入布地奈德、复方异丙托溴胺进行治疗,能够全面提升患者的治疗效果,改善肺功能,值得进一步推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with atomization inhalation of budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide in treating severe asthma. Methods 66 patients with severe asthma treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 of were selected as study object.Patients were divided into two groups,and all of them were treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide.Patients in control group were combined with compound ipratropium bromide,while patients in treatment group were combined magnesium sulfate on the basis of control group.The clinical effect and improvement of lung function was compared respectively between two groups after 30 days treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.91%,the control group was69.70% and the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05). After a course of treatment,all of patients′ lung function were improved at vary degree and the improvement of lung function was obviously better than control group(P〈0.05).During the period of treatment,2 cases happened throat irritation,1 case happened cough and 1 case happened hoarseness in control group,and the clinical symptoms were improved after giving targeted treatment.There was any adverse phenomenon occurred in treatment group during the period of treatment. Conclusion For patients with severe asthma,using magnesium sulfate combined with atomization inhalation of budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide can comprehensively enhance the therapy effectand improve lung function of patients.It is worthy of further popularization.
