风险预警管理对泌尿外科患者留置导管相关不良事件的影响

Effect of risk early warning management on the related adverse events of patients with indwelling catheter in urinary surgery

目的探讨风险预警管理对泌尿外科患者留置导管相关不良事件的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月在我院泌尿外科住院的218例置管患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组109例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上采用风险预警管理,观察两组留置导管相关不良事件的发生情况和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组的置管不良事件发生率为7.48%,低于对照组的27.52%;观察组对护理工作的满意度为89.91%,高于对照组的70.64%;两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论采用风险预警管理能有效降低留置导管患者不良事件的发生率,提高留置导管安全和患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of risk early warning management on the related adverse events in patients with indwelling catheter in urinary surgery. Methods 218 hospitalized patients with indwelling catheter in urinary surgery of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 109 cases.The control group was given urological conventional nursing method,and the observation group was treated with the risk early warning management on the basis of control group.The related adverse events and the satisfaction with nursing work in two groups were observed. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in observation group was 7.48%,which was lower than 27.52% of control group.The satisfaction rate of nursing work in observation group was 89.91%,which was higher than 70.64% of control group.The differences between two groups were significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Using the risk early warning management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events.It also can improve the quality of dwelling catheter and satisfaction with nursing services.
