摘要
目的研究以家庭为中心的护理模式在小儿外科护理中的实施效果。方法选取2014年3-12月我科收治的外科手术患儿230例,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组115例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用以家庭为中心的护理模式,比较两组的焦虑情况及护理满意度。结果实施护理后,两组的焦虑情况均明显缓解,观察组的焦虑评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的各项护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论以家庭为中心的护理模式可带来优质的护理服务,显著缓解患儿及家属的紧张、焦虑情况,促进护患关系和谐,有利于患儿的康复。
Objective To analyze the family-centered care model in the pediatric surgical nursing. Methods 230 cases of pediatric patients with surgical operation admitted in our department from March to December 2014 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing method,with 115 cases in each group.Control group was treated conventional care,observation group was treated the family-centered care method.The anxiety and nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results The anxiety in two groups were significantly alleviated,the anxiety score in observation group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.All the nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family-centered care model can bring high quality nursing service and alleviate the anxiety in children and their families,and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients significantly,which is helpful for children health recovery.
