摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高护士晨间床边交接班质量中的应用效果。方法于2014年5月成立QCC小组,运用PDCA循环方法确立"降低护士晨间床边交接班项目不完整率"为活动主题,对活动前的晨间床边交接班存在的问题进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,再比较开展QCC活动前后护士晨间床边交接班项目的不完整率。结果护士晨间床边交接班项目不完整率由实施QCC前的25.00%降至7.96%,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施QCC管理可有效提高护士晨间床边交接班的质量,降低交接班项目不完整率。
Objective To explore the applicative effects of quality control circle(QCC) to improve quality of morning bedside nursing shift. Methods QCC activities was founded in August 2014,and the issue "reduce the morning bedside shift project incomplete rate" was set up by PDCA cycle method.The existed problems in morning bedside nursing shift before the activity was analyzed,and the corresponding rectification measures was drafted and implemented.Then,the nurse shift morning bedside project carry out incomplete rate was compared before and after QCC activity. Results Before QCC activity,the morning bedside shift project incomplete rate from 25.00% to 7.96%,the difference was significant before and after QCC activity. Conclusion The implementation of QCC management can effectively improve the quality of nurses morning bedside shift handover,and reduce the project incomplete rate.
