综合护理在行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术老年患者中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing in through the urethra prostate plasma cut method in elderly patients

目的分析综合护理在行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年8月-2015年6月到我院进行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的老年患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组给予综合护理干预,比较两组的治疗有效率以及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组的治疗有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的术后并发症发生率为6.7%,显著低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术老年患者采用综合护理方法,效果显著,能提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analysis the application effects of comprehensive nursing in through the urethra prostate plasma cut method in elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients with through the urethra prostate plasma cut method in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group（n=30）and study group（n=30）.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The therapy effective rate and incidence rate of postoperative complications between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in study group was 93.3%,which was higher than 83.3% of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative complications in study group was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than 16.7% of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing method in elderly patients with through the urethra prostate plasma cut method is effective,and can improve the satisfaction of patients and worth to popularize in clinical.
