The work in the hospital must be done like this： Seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the Times. Then a new state could be reached. Revising the traditional work mode continuously through the kinds of methods： treating different people by different way,serious and moderate. Encouraging the staff to be educated subjectively,meantime leading the work to be developed deeply and obtain a good result.
