摘要
目的探讨老年癫痫患者的临床特点及动态视频脑电图在癫痫诊断中的作用。方法选择我院老年(≥65岁)患者78例,观察其临床特点及动态脑电图特点。结果 78例老年患者中,复杂部分性发作42例(53.8%)为最常见的发作类型,单纯部分性发作20例(25.6%),16例(20.5%)为全面性发作。其中脑血管病为61例,肿瘤8例,肿瘤合并脑血管病4例,代谢性疾病3例,外伤1例,颅内感染1例。夜间睡眠状态下动态视频脑电图的痫性放电检出率大于白天觉醒状态下。结论老年人群是癫痫患者的高发人群,脑血管病为其主要病因,部分性发作为其主要发作形式,动态视频脑电图对老年癫痫患者可提高疾病的诊断率。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with epilepsy and the function of dynamic video electroencephalogram（eeg）in the diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods Chose 78 older patients（≥ 65 years old）in our hodpital,and observed their clinical characteristics and dynamic eeg features. Results Among the 78 cases of the elderly patients,42（53.8%）cases with complex partial seizure was the most common type of attack,simple partial seizure 20（25.6%）cases,and 16 cases（20.5%）for comprehensive attack,among which 61 cases were cerebrovascular diseases,8 cases of tumor,4 cases of tumor merger,3 cases of metabolic disease,1 case of trauma,and 1 cases of intracranial infection. Epileptic discharge detection rate of dynamic video eeg in the condition of sleeping in the night was greater than that in the awakening state of daytime. ConclusionThe elderly easily suffer from epilepsy,and the cerebrovascular disease is the leading cause,with partial sezure as its main form. The dynamic video electroencephalogram（eeg）an improve the diagnosis of disease in elderly patients with epilepsy.
