关节镜手术治疗膝关节损伤的疗效研究

Efficacy of Arthroscopic Surgery in Treatment of Knee-joint Injury

目的 探究膝关节损伤患者采用关节镜手术治疗的方法和效果。方法 选取2014年3月~2015年7月收治的63例膝关节损伤患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组37例患者选择关节镜的手术治疗,对照组26例患者采取半月板的切除术治疗,比较患者的疗效。结果 实验组治疗的总有效率91.89%,对照组治疗的总有效率80.77%。实验组患者治疗效果显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 膝关节损伤患者采取关节镜的手术治疗,能够提高治疗效果,有助于膝关节功能的良好恢复。

Objective Arthroscopic surgery method and its effect in treatment of knee-joint injury are to be studied. Methods Chose 63 patients of knee-joint injury who were treated in hospital from March 2014 to July 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,37 patients in study group were given arthroscopic surgery treatment,while,26 patients in control group were given meniscectomy treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was 91.89% and treatment efficacy in control group was 80.77%,thus,treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than that in control group and such a differential had statistic value（P 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery is effective in treatment of knee-joint injury,it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy and recovering patients＇ knee function.
