58例胃癌手术治疗体会

58 Cases of Surgical Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的 探究胃癌临床特点,分析手术治疗胃癌效果。方法 选取2011年1月~2013年1月于我院行手术治疗的58例胃癌患者,回顾性分析术后生存率及并发症情况。结果 58例均手术成功;术后5例发生轻中度并发症,占8.6%;术后存活至今者（存活3年及以上）41例（70.7%）,病例死亡17例（29.3%）。死亡病例中,存活不足1年者2例,存活1年者5例,存活2年者4例,存活3年者6例。结论 临床以手术治疗胃癌疾病时,需综合多方因素考虑,依据患者实际病症及对手术的耐受程度确定手术方法,坚持术前仔细检查,术中充分准备,术后积极护理,以确保手术成功,提高患者生存率。

Objective Explore the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer,analysis of surgical treatment of gastric cancer effect. Methods Selected from January 2011 to January 2013,58 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital surgical treatment,retrospective analysis of postoperative survival and complications. Results 58 cases of surgical success,five cases of mild to moderate postoperative complications,accounting for 8.6 percent,those who had survived so far（survival of 3 years and above）41 cases（70.7%）,deaths from 17 cases（29.3%）. Deaths,survival of less than one year or two cases,5 patients survived for 1 year,2 years or 4 cases survived,survived three years in 6 patients. Conclusion Clinical treatment of gastric cancer with surgical treatment,the need to comprehensive factors,according to the actual conditions of patients and the operation of the degree of tolerance to determine the operation method,adhere to the careful examination,preoperative preparation,postoperative active care,to ensure the success of the operation,improve the survival of patients.
