鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效分析

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的 分析鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及围术期安全性的影响。方法 将2012年2月~2015年3月收治于我院的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者84例为研究对象,采用电脑数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组42例以及对照组42例,其中对照组患者实施传统手术治疗,观察组患者采用鼻内镜手术治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果以及围术期安全性。结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.24%（40/42）,对照组患者的治疗有效率为73.81%（31/42）,围术期观察组不良反应发生率为4.76%（2/42）;对照组不良反应发生率为16.67%（7/42）,两组间比较差异具备统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行治疗的过程中,采用鼻内镜手术治疗能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,降低患者围术期的不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 84 cases of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015,42 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases,and cases were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic surgery. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with the treatment effect and the safety of perioperative period. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%（40/42）,the effective rate of the control group was 73.81%（31/42）,the adverse reaction rate was 4.76%（2/42）in the observation group,the control group was 16.67%（7/42）（P 0.05）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the adverse reactions in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.
