甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗宫外孕的效果研究

Investigation on Effect of Methotrexate and Mifepristone in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的 研究甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮对宫外孕的治疗效果。方法 研究对象为2014年9月~2015年8月本院宫外孕40例,按照用药差异分组,20例给予米非司酮,入组对照组;研究组在此基础上加甲氨蝶呤,即联合用药,共有20例,对比疗效。结果 组间比较,研究组包块腹痛消失时间及阴道止血所需时间较短,血β-HCG下降幅度大,治疗有效率高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 联合应用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗宫外孕,疗效满意。

Objective Effect of methotrexate and mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy are to be studied. Methods Chose 40 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different medication treatments,20 patients in control group were given mifepristone treatment,while 20 patients in study group were given combination treatment of methotrexate and mifepristone. And then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results It took less time for patients＇ abdominal pain and vaginal hemorrhage to be alleviated in study group,besides, patients＇ β-HCG is decreased more greatly and its treatment efficacy was higher in study group compared to counterparts in control group,there was a differential between two groups（P 0.05）and such a differential had statistic value. Conclusion Combination treatment of methotrexate and mifepristone is effective for ectopic pregnancy.
